He spoke on the sidelines of the Dubai Business Forum in Shenzhen, China, an event organized by Dubai Chambers.

Al Mansoori said the figures show the strength and diversity of Dubai’s business environment and companies’ continued confidence in the emirate.

In 2025, 71,830 new companies joined the chamber. Active membership rose to 292,486 at the end of that year from 258,318 at the end of 2024, the chamber said in January.

Members’ exports and re-exports reached a record AED356.5 billion in 2025. That was up 15.1% from AED309.6 billion in 2024.

Al Mansoori said Dubai continues to invest in sectors including agentic AI, the digital economy, fintech and the green economy.

He said the chamber will keep helping companies expand abroad in line with the Dubai Economic Agenda, known as D33. The agenda aims to double the size of Dubai’s economy and place the city among the world’s top three global cities.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce is one of three chambers that operate under Dubai Chambers. During the China visit, Dubai Chambers signed memoranda of understanding with four Chinese chambers of commerce.
