Bank Albilad Third-Quarter Profit Falls 3.4% to SR740.2 Million as Costs and Provisions Rise

Bank Albilad’s net profit attributable to shareholders fell 3.4% to SR740.2 million in the third quarter of 2026, from SR766.5 million a year earlier, the Saudi lender said in a filing to the Saudi Exchange on Tuesday.

The bank attributed the decline to a 16% rise in total operating expenses, driven mainly by higher general and administrative costs, net impairment charges for expected credit losses, and depreciation and amortization. Salaries and employee-related costs fell.
