Sharjah-based developer Alef Group has launched Seef Residences, an AED1.2 billion waterfront project with 862 homes in the emirate’s Al Khan area.

The launch event was held at the Al Jawaher Reception and Convention Centre in Sharjah. Alef Group said it drew more than 2,000 attendees.

Launch prices start at AED895,000 for a one-bedroom home, AED1.295 million for two bedrooms and AED2.195 million for three bedrooms. The project also includes four-bedroom units and a small number of penthouses.

Completion is scheduled for September 30, 2030.

The project covers about 30,287 square meters on a peninsula at the entrance to Al Mamzar Lake and Al Khan Lagoon. It has five residential buildings, three of them on the beach and two above a three-level podium.

The plan includes about 100 meters of beach frontage and a public waterfront promenade with about 1,500 square meters of retail and food and beverage space.

“Sharjah continues to strengthen its position as a destination for living and investment, supported by confidence from local and international buyers,” Raed Kajoor Al Nuaimi, chief executive of Alef Group, said in a statement.

Sharjah recorded AED46.8 billion of real estate transactions from January to September 2026, up 5.6% from a year earlier, according to the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department figures cited by the company.

The emirate logged 91,560 transactions in the period, including 24,749 sales. Al Khan accounted for 1,581 sales worth about AED2 billion.
