Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) will announce new opportunities for companies to manufacture industrial products in the UAE across its project pipeline at the second Make it with ADNOC Forum on October 25, the company said on Tuesday in a statement carried by the state news agency WAM.
The forum will be held at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi ahead of the ADIPEC energy exhibition. It will bring together UAE and international industrial companies, investors and partners.
ADNOC said it has signed offtake agreements worth AED80 billion ($21.8 billion) for locally manufactured products. The company aims to manufacture AED90 billion ($24.5 billion) of products in its procurement pipeline in the UAE by 2030.

The agreements have supported more than 96 manufacturers, more than 60% of which export to international markets, ADNOC said. Its partners have invested AED4.5 billion ($1.2 billion) in new factories and advanced manufacturing capabilities in the UAE.
At the first edition of the forum in May, ADNOC announced AED200 billion ($55 billion) in planned project awards for 2026 to 2028.
The October event will also review progress on Local+, a rule launched at the May forum under ADNOC’s Industrial Resilience Programme. It requires ADNOC’s engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors to buy products in designated categories from approved UAE manufacturers when those products are commercially competitive and meet ADNOC’s technical and qualification standards.
ADNOC’s In-Country Value (ICV) program has channeled more than AED307 billion ($83.7 billion) back into the UAE economy since its launch in 2018, the company said. The forum is part of the government’s Make it in the Emirates initiative to expand domestic industry.
