Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company reported third-quarter 2026 net profit of SR137.6 million, up 22.3% from SR112.5 million a year earlier, according to a filing to the Saudi Exchange on Wednesday.
Revenue rose 16.4% to SR7.98 billion from SR6.85 billion. The company said sales grew because it operated more service stations and expanded its truck fleet.

Higher sales in its petrol and transport divisions and increased income from sukuk lifted earnings. Lower income from bank deposits, a smaller contribution from a joint venture, and higher selling, administrative, financing and zakat costs partly offset the gain.
Gross profit increased 19.6% to SR282.3 million, and operating profit rose 19.6% to SR180.6 million.
Net profit was 11.1% higher than the SR123.9 million reported in the second quarter.
For the first nine months, net profit rose 19.8% to SR371.6 million. Revenue climbed 17.2% to SR22.13 billion, and earnings per share increased to SR3.72 from SR3.10.
Shareholders’ equity stood at SR1.86 billion at the end of September, up 17.7% from a year earlier.
