NMDC Energy has been awarded new projects worth AED2.8 billion ($763 million) by Saudi Aramco for offshore engineering, procurement and construction work.
The Abu Dhabi-listed contractor disclosed the awards in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on Friday.
It expects to complete the projects within 18 to 23 months. The company did not name the projects or give further details, The National reported.

NMDC Energy is a majority-owned subsidiary of NMDC Group. It provides engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning services to offshore and onshore energy clients.
The company has worked on Aramco offshore projects under a long-term agreement first signed in 2016. In April 2025, it signed a three-year extension to that agreement, with an option for a further three years.
The agreement covers engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, installation and pre-commissioning of offshore facilities in Saudi territorial waters. NMDC Energy opened a fabrication yard in Ras Al Khair, Saudi Arabia, in early 2025.
The award comes as Aramco faces repeated Houthi attacks on its facilities in Saudi Arabia, including the Shaybah oil field this week.
NMDC Energy raised AED3.22 billion in its 2024 initial public offering on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.
