Dubai Chambers Launches AI Agent Marketplace for Businesses With 22 Agents, Plans to Expand to 100

Dubai Chambers has launched Chamber AI Hub, an online marketplace that gives Dubai businesses access to ready-to-use artificial intelligence agents, starting with 22 agents across seven business functions.

The functions are compliance, procurement, operations, finance, sales, human resources and logistics, Dubai Chambers said in a statement on Monday. It plans to expand the offering to 100 agents.

The agents carry out administrative and operational tasks on their own. These include supplier evaluation, contract reviews, invoice matching, drafting business proposals, screening job applicants and scoring customer leads.

Companies can test the agents in a sandbox before deploying them. The platform offers free introductory credits and subscription packages priced on usage.

It also provides readiness assessments, dashboards that track usage, costs and performance, and an administration portal for companies to oversee their teams’ use of the agents.

The launch is part of a two-year program that aims to help more than 295,000 private sector companies adopt agentic AI. The program includes specialized training for 14,000 companies.

“Success in the transition to Agentic AI is measured not by technology adoption alone, but by how effectively companies use these tools to address business challenges and deliver tangible results,” said Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, chairman of Dubai Chambers.

Dubai Chambers said the hub is the first agentic AI marketplace developed by a chamber of commerce. The state news agency WAM also carried the announcement.
