Nahdi Medical Company, Saudi Arabia’s largest pharmacy chain, said net profit for the third quarter of 2026 rose 6.5% to SR171.8 million from a year earlier.
Quarterly revenue rose 9.4% to SR2.69 billion, the Jeddah-based company said in a statement, citing retail, healthcare and regional sales.

Third-quarter profit fell 20.2% from SR215.2 million in the second quarter, as a change in business mix weighed on gross profit.
For the nine months to September 30, net profit fell 4.9% to SR622.7 million from SR654.8 million. Excluding a SR17.8 million zakat provision release in the year-earlier period, profit fell 2.3%.
Nine-month revenue rose 7% to SR8.16 billion. Gross profit rose 3.6% to SR2.95 billion, while gross margin narrowed to 36.2% from 37.4%.
The company attributed the lower nine-month profit to higher logistics costs and faster investment in healthcare, regional expansion, digital transformation and artificial intelligence tools.
Retail revenue rose 5.7%. Nahdi said online sales made up 30.6% of retail revenue, up from 25.7% a year earlier, and that private-label revenue grew 15.6%.
The chain had 1,219 stores at the end of September.
