Moreover, Sheikh Mohamed’s visit follows recent trips to Qatar and Bahrain, reinforcing regional cooperation. Consequently, the visit strengthens the UAE-Oman relationship across multiple sectors.

The Emirati delegation included Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs; Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes’ Affairs; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad, Adviser to the UAE President. Sheikh Mohamed’s visit is part of a long tradition of Emirati-Omani leadership meetings. For example, in May, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, met Sultan Haitham at Al Baraka Palace in Muscat. Moreover, discussions focused on strengthening economic, commercial, tourism, cultural, and knowledge cooperation. Therefore, both countries continue to expand strategic and people-to-people ties.

Earlier, Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, visited Oman for talks with Sultan Haitham. Additionally, the Omani leader emphasized the historic friendship, while the Sharjah Ruler expressed his wishes for continued prosperity for Oman and its citizens. Furthermore, these engagements demonstrate the UAE’s commitment to supporting regional stability and shared development goals.

The visit brings practical benefits for both nations. For instance, closer collaboration may enhance trade and investment opportunities, particularly in infrastructure, tourism, and cultural projects. Moreover, joint initiatives in education, technology, and knowledge exchange can strengthen long-term development. Consequently, the UAE and Oman continue to build a foundation for sustainable regional growth.

Overall, Sheikh Mohamed’s visit underlines the UAE’s commitment to fostering strong bilateral relations with Oman. Furthermore, regular leadership engagements ensure strategic alignment and cooperation across political, economic, and social spheres. Therefore, the UAE-Oman partnership remains a key pillar of stability and prosperity in the Gulf.
