Bahrain’s Al Rashid Group has added 25 job vacancies for Bahraini citizens on the National Employment Platform. The announcement was made by Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, on October 26.
The initiative aligns with the directives of Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. Moreover, it ensures that every registered job seeker receives three opportunities by the end of the year. Consequently, the move supports national employment efforts and sustainable economic growth.
Additionally, the job openings reflect Al Rashid Group’s commitment to corporate social responsibility. By prioritizing citizen employment, the company contributes to national stability, economic resilience, and the overall well-being of Bahraini families.
The vacancies also aim to encourage Bahraini youth to engage in the workforce and acquire essential skills. By providing practical opportunities, Al Rashid Group helps citizens gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Moreover, the initiative strengthens the link between government directives and private sector action. This collaboration ensures that Bahrain’s economic growth is inclusive, while simultaneously supporting the Kingdom’s long-term vision for employment and workforce development.
The minister highlighted the ongoing cooperation between the Ministry of Labour, the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), and private sector institutions. In addition, he emphasized that this collaboration aims to expand job listings, enhance employment opportunities for citizens, and meet labour market demands.
This step reflects Bahrain’s commitment to empowering citizens and developing local talent. Furthermore, it demonstrates the government’s efforts to promote private sector participation in job creation.
Al Rashid Group’s new vacancies cover a range of positions. They aim to strengthen the Kingdom’s workforce and contribute to economic diversification. The initiative also helps Bahraini citizens gain professional experience and secure long-term career growth.
