Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Satya Nadella, and Peng Xiao attended the signing. This deal is part of the Abu Dhabi Government Digital Strategy 2025-2027. The government has invested Dh13 billion ($3.54 billion) to improve digital services.

This AI-powered system will introduce more than 200 smart solutions. These tools will improve public services and daily operations. Officials say the partnership is a turning point for digital transformation. Ahmed Al Kuttab said that the mix of Microsoft’s cloud and Core42’s AI will create a strong system. Satya Nadella said AI will change how governments work. He added that Abu Dhabi is leading the way in this change.

One of the biggest innovations is TAMM 3.0. This government services app has already changed how citizens interact with services. It has reduced offline visits by 90%. Also, 73% of transactions now happen instantly. The app is a key part of the government’s digital shift.

Peng Xiao stressed the importance of data security. He said Core42’s cloud, powered by Azure, will keep government data safe. At the same time, it will use AI to improve services. The partnership will make government processes smoother and smarter.
