Abu Dhabi National Hotels Company (ADNH) has awarded a AED2.2 billion ($599 million) contract for the main construction works at Nasim Al Bahr, its resort and branded residences project on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The contract went to Al Hamad Building Contracting Co., ADNH said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

The project includes a luxury beach hotel and resort with 495 rooms, including 29 hotel villas, and 447 branded residences. Both will carry Marriott International’s The Luxury Collection brand.
Piling works are complete, and the company is now moving to the main construction phase. ADNH expects the project to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
The development is ADNH’s first in Ras Al Khaimah’s property market. The company launched the residences in November 2025 with a total development value of AED3 billion, and said at the time that prices started at AED3.444 million.
ADNH, which owns and operates hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, reported revenue of AED3.486 billion for 2025, up 21% from the year before, according to its annual results.
