Alinma Bank’s net profit attributable to shareholders slipped 0.2% to SR1.588 billion in the third quarter of 2026, from SR1.592 billion a year earlier, the Saudi Islamic lender said in a Saudi Exchange filing on Wednesday.
Quarterly profit was 0.4% lower than the SR1.595 billion earned in the second quarter.

The bank said lower fee income, lower income from financial instruments held at fair value and lower other operating income weighed on the result, along with a higher charge for expected credit losses.
Net provisions rose 56% from a year earlier to SR400 million in the quarter ended September 30, which Alinma linked to growth in its financing and investment portfolio. The charge was unchanged from the second quarter.
Those pressures offset a 9.4% rise in net income from financing to SR2.23 billion and higher exchange income. Total operating income rose 5.3% to SR3.12 billion.
For the first nine months, net profit rose 4% to SR4.86 billion, from SR4.67 billion a year earlier. Earnings per share were SR1.42, compared with SR1.43.
Total assets rose 11% to SR341.4 billion at the end of September. The financing portfolio grew 12% to SR252.7 billion and customer deposits rose 7% to SR251.9 billion, the bank said in a statement.
Chairman Dr. Abdulmalik Al-Hogail said the results were stable and supported by the continued expansion of the bank’s financing activities in 2026. He said the coverage ratio for non-performing loans stood at 189.14% at the end of the quarter.
Alinma shares fell 4.97% to SR21.99 on Wednesday, according to Mubasher market data.
