Dubai Investments Park Development Co., a unit of Dubai Financial Market-listed Dubai Investments PJSC, plans to meet potential investors from October 19 to October 26 to gauge demand for a possible initial public offering, Bloomberg News reported on Friday, October 16, citing people familiar with the matter.
The offering could be the first IPO in the United Arab Emirates this year, according to the report. A spokesperson for Dubai Investments Park Development declined to comment, Bloomberg said.

Citigroup, Emirates NBD Capital and HSBC are among the banks working on the transaction, Bloomberg reported. The company has not announced a valuation, a price range or the size of the offering.
A formal announcement on the potential IPO could come as early as next week, Zawya reported, citing industry sources familiar with the matter.
Dubai Investments has previously said it is considering an IPO of 24% of the business. In April, the company said no final decision had been made on the timing of the listing, Khaleej Times reported.
“The final timing of the offering will be determined following discussions with the relevant internal and external stakeholders,” Dubai Investments said at the time.
The company also said in April that its distributions for 2026 could improve on the previous year, depending in part on completion of the IPO, as proceeds could support its dividend policy.
Established in 1997, Dubai Investments Park covers about 2,300 hectares and is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Dubai. It includes warehouses, hotels, shops, schools and medical centers.
Gulf IPO activity has dropped sharply this year as the regional war deepened a broader slowdown, Bloomberg reported. Dubai’s benchmark share index has fallen about 3% since the conflict began, according to the report.
Equity and equity-related issuance in the Middle East and North Africa fell 79% in the first nine months of 2026 from a year earlier, according to LSEG data cited by Zawya.
