IPA Launches Master’s Programme in Leadership and Innovation

The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) launched a leadership innovation programme in collaboration with King’s College London. The IPA held a virtual introductory day to present the Master’s Programme in Leadership and Innovation. This initiative strengthens international academic partnerships and supports leadership development.

Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director General of IPA, emphasised that the programme enhances strategic leadership skills. Furthermore, she noted it encourages innovation and fosters a culture of strategic thinking in government and private institutions.

The programme targets national leaders aiming to improve performance and implement institutional innovation. Consequently, it prepares participants to adapt to global developments and support modernisation initiatives across multiple sectors.

During the virtual session, participants received an overview of the programme’s curriculum. Additionally, speakers explained the academic components, expected learning outcomes, and practical applications in governance and leadership.
