Saudi drugmaker Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Co. said its net profit attributable to shareholders rose 3.3% to SR110.2 million in the third quarter of 2026, from SR106.7 million a year earlier.
Revenue rose 3.6% to SR354.7 million in the three months to September 30, from SR342.3 million, the company said in a filing on the Saudi Exchange on Thursday.

The company said growth was mainly driven by volume and a favorable product mix, with continued momentum in Saudi Arabia and Iraq and strong sales in its dermatology and cardiometabolic medicines.
Gross profit rose 6.9% to SR222.9 million, and operating profit rose 4.9% to SR115.3 million. Jamjoom said production efficiencies and a better product and geographic mix lifted margins, partly offset by higher operating expenses to support growth plans.
Compared with the second quarter, net profit fell 19.9% from SR137.6 million and revenue fell 20.4% from SR445.3 million.
The company blamed summer seasonality, the geopolitical situation affecting business in key markets, softer private-market demand and destocking by pharmacies.
For the first nine months of the year, net profit rose 5.1% to SR416.1 million and revenue rose 7.1% to SR1.28 billion. Earnings per share for the period were SR5.94, up from SR5.65.
