JLL has been appointed exclusive office leasing partner for a 12-storey Grade A workplace within Water Gardens, a mixed-use development under construction in Dubai International Financial Centre, the company said on Saturday.
The Offices at Water Gardens will provide 246,737 square feet (21,965 square meters) of net leasable area, including three floors of micro-suites alongside larger office formats, according to a statement carried by TradeArabia.

Developer H&H is building Water Gardens as four buildings arranged around a central garden and pedestrian public realm, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Sir David Chipperfield. DIFC said on Friday that construction is underway, with completion scheduled for 2028.
The office building is targeting LEED Platinum certification. Workspaces will be offered on a shell-and-core basis with full-service provisions, TradeArabia reported.
As exclusive leasing agent, JLL will handle leasing strategy, market analysis, tenant-mix planning and lease execution.
“Prime inventory is becoming increasingly scarce, and corporates are actively looking to expand their footprint,” said Ben Johnston, head of commercial agency, UAE, at JLL.
Water Gardens also includes residences, hospitality and retail. A distinctive water feature will connect The Offices with Four Seasons Private Residences Dubai at DIFC, The Carlyle Dubai and Eden House DIFC, according to the statement.
Saleh Al Akrabi, chief real estate officer at DIFC Investments, said Water Gardens is one of the final components of the original Gate District masterplan and strengthens pedestrian connections across the district.
