Users can customize their dashboard layout, choose which products like loans, cards, or accounts to display, and quickly reach the services they use most. Additionally, the revamped “Transfer Screen” helps customers navigate through options much faster. By reducing the number of taps needed, the app improves transaction speed and clarity. This makes day-to-day banking far more efficient.

Moreover, NBK introduced color-coded themes in the mobile app for Plus, Thahabi, and Privilege users. These design changes help customers identify their account package at a glance. The personalized visuals enhance the digital banking journey across the app.

The enhanced NBK digital banking platform also makes family money management easier. Parents can access and manage their children’s accounts through a dedicated dashboard. They can also add nicknames to each child’s profile, creating a more organized and user-friendly experience.

Security features have been upgraded too. With one action, users can now block all their cards. This new method allows for instant control and protection during urgent situations. The process is not only quick but also easy to find within the app’s layout.
