Kuwait’s Real Estate Titans Earn Global Recognition

The Kuwait real estate sector earns global spotlight in 2025 as seven top industry leaders gain international recognition. Forbes Middle East included them in its latest list of the region’s most influential real estate figures.

Leading the list from Kuwait is Waleed Khaled Alsharian. He is the CEO of Mabanee Real Estate Company and ranks 27th overall. Under his leadership, the company developed iconic projects like The Avenues and Waldorf Astoria Kuwait. In 2024, Mabanee had assets worth $5.1 billion and revenue of $431.1 million.

Talal Jassem Al-Bahar comes next. He ranks 42nd and serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of Kuwait Real Estate Company. His firm, the first to list on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1984, reported $1.4 billion in assets and $41.5 million in profits last year.

The Kuwait real estate sector earns global spotlight due to consistent growth. Faisal Jameel Al-Essa, CEO of National Real Estate Company, ranks 44th. In just nine months of 2024, his company reported $56.8 million in revenue and assets totaling $1.8 billion.

Abdulmutaleb Marafie is ranked 51st. He leads the Commercial Real Estate Company, which owns major sites like Al-Tijaria Tower. The company reported $101.6 million in revenue and $1.9 billion in assets.

Abdulaziz Ghazi Alnafisi holds the 56th spot. He is the CEO of Al-Salhiya Real Estate Company. The firm earned $145.1 million and held $1.7 billion in assets last year.

Khaled Al-Mashaan, CEO of ALARGAN International, ranks 81st. His company operates across five countries with $847.4 million in assets.

Abdulrahman Hamad Al-Terkait takes 97th place. His company, Arkan Kuwait Real Estate, is building a major waterpark in Al Khiran. It earned $29.5 million in 2024.

Clearly, the Kuwait real estate sector earns global spotlight thanks to strong leadership and smart investments.
