Nice One Beauty Digital Marketing Co.’s net profit attributable to shareholders fell 69.8% to SR1.78 million in the third quarter of 2026, from SR5.92 million a year earlier.
Revenue rose 2.7% to SR257.2 million, the Saudi online beauty retailer said in a filing on the Saudi Exchange on Thursday, according to Mubasher and Al Yaum newspaper.

Operating profit fell 53.7% to SR3.68 million.
General and administrative expenses rose 27.9% to SR17.13 million, partly because of costs linked to closing some loss-making retail stores. Selling and marketing expenses rose 3% to SR42.14 million.
Competition and logistics
The company said tougher competition weighed on visits and orders on its online platform. Visits fell 1.7% to 33.35 million in the quarter.
Logistics difficulties also limited the availability of some products, lowering the rate at which visits turned into orders, the company said.
Retail stores contributed 4.7% of revenue in the quarter, up from 2% a year earlier.
Compared with the second quarter, when it posted a net loss of SR19.93 million, Nice One returned to profit. Revenue rose 36.6% from the previous quarter, helped by sales around Saudi National Day.
For the first nine months of 2026, the company posted a net loss of SR9.5 million, against a profit of SR28.76 million a year earlier. Nine-month revenue fell 3.4% to SR741.43 million.
