Moreover, SGIVS Global plans to expand operations across the country. New centers will be opening soon in Sohar, Salalah, Sur, and other key cities. These steps will make passport and visa services easier to access for Indian nationals living outside Muscat.
The Qurum centre provides a full range of services. These include new passports, reissues, and visa applications. In addition, the centre processes OCI cards, surrender certificates, apostilles, and police clearance certificates.
All documentation services are offered at one location. Therefore, visitors no longer need to visit different offices. Staff assist with every step of the process, helping users submit accurate forms and documents.
Meanwhile, SGIVS confirmed 11 application centers across Oman. These centers will support a growing Indian community. Faster processing of Indian passport visa services will save time and improve access in both urban and remote areas.
Previously, the Indian embassy managed all consular services. It has now handed over public consular support to SGIVS Global. This shift frees up embassy resources and speeds up processing for applicants.
Furthermore, applicants now experience shorter wait times and simpler procedures. Online booking and clear instructions help reduce errors. As a result, more residents can complete applications quickly and confidently.
