SABIC Agri-Nutrients Co., the Saudi fertilizer maker controlled by Saudi Basic Industries Corp. (SABIC), said net profit attributable to shareholders fell 62% to SR484 million in the third quarter of 2026, from SR1.29 billion a year earlier, according to a filing to the Saudi Exchange on Tuesday.
Revenue for the quarter fell 8.6% to SR3.22 billion, from SR3.52 billion. Operating profit dropped 67% to SR408 million, from SR1.22 billion.

The company blamed the year-on-year decline on lower sales volumes and higher selling, distribution and shipping expenses caused by supply chain challenges. A lower share of results from an associate and a joint venture also weighed.
Profit rose 27.7% from SR379 million in the second quarter. Revenue climbed 33.6% from SR2.41 billion, as sales volumes recovered, though average selling prices fell.
For the first nine months, net profit fell 37.3% to SR2.09 billion, from SR3.33 billion a year earlier. Revenue declined 13.9% to SR8.51 billion, from SR9.88 billion.
Earnings per share for the nine months were SR4.39, compared with SR7. Shareholders’ equity stood at SR20.08 billion at the end of September.
