Saudi Arabia Apple Online Store Launches with Arabic Support

Apple has officially introduced its digital retail platform in the Kingdom with the launch of the Apple Saudi store. This move marks a major milestone in tech access across the region. The platform offers Arabic-language support, next-day delivery, and fully localized services for Saudi customers.

The Apple Saudi store now positions Saudi Arabia as the 40th country to access Apple’s global online retail system. Even more notably, it becomes the first to feature full Arabic-language functionality. Apple now provides a personalized digital experience tailored to Arabic speakers and local buying habits.

Customers can shop directly through the website or Apple Store app. The Apple Saudi store allows product customization with Arabic and English engraving on items like AirPods, Apple Pencil, and AirTag. Moreover, shoppers can use Tamara’s zero-interest installment service to pay in four easy steps.

To ensure speed and quality, Apple established a local distribution center. This facility allows most online orders to arrive the next day. As a result, the Apple Saudi store gives buyers faster access to new devices and accessories across the Kingdom.

In addition, Arabic-speaking Apple specialists now provide in-country support. Customers receive guided help online, just like in a physical store. Whether selecting devices or managing payments, users benefit from expert support throughout the process.

Apple also added new services like monthly AppleCare+ subscriptions and hardware protection options. These changes give users more control over their support plans. Through the Apple Saudi store, users also gain access to Apple Trade-In. This lets them exchange old devices for credit toward new purchases, promoting sustainability and affordability.

Educators and students benefit as well. The Apple Education Store, now linked with the Apple Saudi store, offers special pricing on Macs and iPads. A back-to-school promotion even adds free gifts with eligible purchases.

Apple also confirmed plans for physical retail in the Kingdom. The first flagship store will open in 2026, followed by another location in Diriyah. These retail investments reflect Apple’s long-term focus on the Saudi market.

To date, the company has invested more than SR10 billion in the country. The Apple Developer Academy and other education-focused programs show Apple’s dedication to growth in the Kingdom.
