Sdeira Group, a subsidiary of AD Ports Group, has unveiled the masterplan for Aryam Community in KEZAD Al Mamourah, a development that will house up to 27,000 people working in the Abu Dhabi industrial zone.
Construction of the two-phase project is expected to start in the first half of 2027 and finish in 2029, the company said in a statement on Monday.

The community is located in KEZAD Al Mamourah A, close to Khalifa Port and the Abu Dhabi to Dubai transport corridor.
Phase one is planned for about 14,000 residents on a site of 110,200 square meters, with a built-up area of 137,800 square meters. Both phases together will have capacity for up to 27,000 residents.
The plans include a supermarket, administrative facilities and a separate mixed-use building with a medical clinic and retail space. A central kitchen run by ZOAD, Sdeira Group’s catering company, will serve two dining halls, and the company’s laundry service will operate an on-site facility.
A physical model of the community was shown publicly for the first time at KEZAD Connect, alongside new architectural renderings.
“We are already seeing strong interest from employers looking to secure accommodation at Aryam Community,” said Abdulaziz A. Bawazeer, Chief Executive Officer of Sdeira Group.
The project supports Abu Dhabi’s Industrial Strategy, which targets growth of the manufacturing sector to AED172 billion by 2031.
Sdeira Group, formerly KEZAD Communities, builds and operates staff accommodation, co-living, student housing and value housing.
