Transworld Jets Rebrand Strengthens Market Presence in UAE and India

Transworld Jets rebrand aligns two private aviation brands under a unified identity. This move reinforces the group’s aviation ambitions in both the UAE and India.

Furthermore, Airavat and Fly Sirius now operate under the Transworld Jets banner. The companies announced this strategic alignment in a press release dated June 2, 2025.

Transworld Group, headquartered in Dubai, owns both aviation entities. Additionally, Fly Sirius is a joint venture between Transworld and Sirius India Airlines Pvt. Ltd.

The rebrand aims to unify corporate branding and streamline regional operations. Moreover, it focuses on building a stronger presence in the GCC and Indian business aviation markets.

Chairman Ramesh Ramakrishnan emphasized the importance of brand consolidation. Additionally, he noted Dubai and New Delhi would serve as key operational hubs.

Alongside the rebrand, fleet adjustments have occurred. Furthermore, two Hawker 4000 jets and one Falcon 2000DX now operate under SybaJet San Marino’s certificate.

This change follows Airavat’s lack of certification to operate aircraft directly in the United Arab Emirates. Therefore, SybaJet’s certification bridges this regulatory gap effectively.

Previously, the two Hawker 4000 jets flew under DC Aviation San Marino. In addition, one more Hawker 4000 remains under Fly Sirius’ NSOP in India.

This remaining aircraft continues to serve Indian charters. Moreover, it supports the company’s non-scheduled operations until further regulatory alignment is completed.

Earlier this year, Indian media reported Fly Sirius’s interest in expanding. Notably, they were exploring a fleet acquisition deal with Textron Aviation.

While talks are ongoing, the company said details remain confidential. Still, the interest in acquiring up to twenty Citation Longitude jets marks future ambition.

The unified brand improves customer experience with consistent service, shared resources, and seamless operations across the UAE and India, strengthening Transworld Jets’ regional position.
