Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, is expanding its services to Russia by adding a third daily flight to Moscow. This increase will start on October 1, 2025. The airline will operate the new flight using an Airbus A320. The aircraft has eight Business Class seats and 150 Economy Class seats.
The addition of this third flight will bring the total weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Moscow to 21. This expansion reflects Etihad’s commitment to strengthening its presence in the Russian market. The new schedule is expected to support both business and leisure travel.
Along with the new Moscow flights, Etihad is planning to launch more routes in 2025. One of these new services will connect Abu Dhabi to Sochi, Russia’s popular resort destination on the Black Sea. This new service is scheduled to start on May 29, 2025.
Etihad emphasized that the third daily flight is scheduled to provide more flexibility for travelers. Passengers can choose from several departure times throughout the day, allowing for greater convenience. This flight timing will cater to both business trips and vacations.
Etihad Airways is committed to offering a broad range of travel options to suit various schedules. The airline hopes the new route increase will boost travel demand between the UAE and Russia. With the ongoing expansion of its network, Etihad continues to strengthen its global presence.
