Zain Kuwait, in partnership with ZainTECH and Microsoft, has launched Microsoft 365 Bundles and Managed Services to accelerate modernization for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Consequently, the offering empowers businesses to adopt secure, AI-enabled tools locally and across the region. Microsoft 365 Bundles aim to simplify workplace upgrades and strengthen digital operations for SMEs efficiently.
The announcement came during the NEXUS Exhibition 2025, Kuwait’s leading technology and innovation event, held at The Arena Kuwait. At the event, global leaders, startups, and innovators gathered to explore AI, digital transformation, FinTech, and cybersecurity trends. Additionally, officials, including Minister of State for Communication Affairs Omar Al-Omar and Zain Kuwait CTO Daaij Al-Oud, attended the launch.
The Microsoft 365 Bundles combine Business and Enterprise licenses with Copilot add-ons, along with ZainTECH’s end-to-end managed services. Therefore, SMEs gain cost-efficient access to modern workplace tools. Importantly, these services do not require new connectivity, providing flexibility for organizations seeking secure and AI-ready solutions.
Hamad Al-Marzouq, Chief Enterprise Business Officer at Zain Kuwait, highlighted that the collaboration supports Kuwait’s digital ecosystem. He added that it enables businesses to grow, innovate, and compete globally while adopting AI-enabled workplaces efficiently. Moreover, the bundles reflect Zain’s long-term investment in cloud adoption, digital infrastructure, and workplace modernization.
Andrew Hanna, CEO of ZainTECH, emphasized that the company helps organizations transition from traditional setups to secure, cloud-based environments. He also noted that managed services strengthen governance, security, and operational efficiency, giving SMEs confidence to scale and prepare for AI-driven opportunities.
Through the offering, SMEs can access Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise E3/E5 licenses. These come with Copilot add-ons to enable AI-powered productivity. In addition, ZainTECH’s managed services include configuration, lifecycle management, collaboration governance, advanced threat protection, and continuous security monitoring.
By consolidating licensing and managed services, Microsoft 365 Bundles streamline adoption and reduce complexity. Consequently, SMEs can modernize their digital workplace while safeguarding operations, improving efficiency, and enhancing resilience.
The initiative positions Kuwait’s SMEs to leverage AI, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity solutions effectively. Therefore, businesses can innovate faster, scale efficiently, and remain competitive in regional and global markets.
Zain Kuwait and ZainTECH plan to expand the offering to other Zain markets in due course. This rollout marks a significant milestone in their partnership with Microsoft, reinforcing a shared commitment to digital transformation and secure workplaces.
In summary, Microsoft 365 Bundles provide SMEs in Kuwait a practical, cost-efficient path to modernize, adopt AI solutions, and strengthen security. Consequently, Zain’s initiative enables resilient, future-ready businesses.
