Abu Dhabi Capital Group (ADCG) has signed an agreement to acquire a stake in React Holding, an Abu Dhabi-based media, events and communications group.
The size of the stake and the financial terms were not disclosed, Campaign Middle East reported. The agreement was signed on Thursday at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi.

Khalifa Al Mazrouei, group chief investment officer of ADCG, signed for the investor. Joseph Badr, chief executive officer of React Holding, signed for the company.
Founded in 2006, React Holding owns companies including React Events, Mediabase, Redpill, Clue Media, Impulse Gulf, Vision X and Horecons. Its businesses cover events and exhibitions, outdoor advertising, television and content production, audiovisual technology and digital services.
The deal brings React’s media, events and production businesses into ADCG’s portfolio. The companies said it would support existing businesses and open the way for new investments and joint ventures.
“With ADCG’s backing, our ambition is to pursue larger investments, develop new ventures and drive meaningful transformation across the media and events sector,” Badr said.
ADCG says its portfolio spans more than 25 sectors, over 100 companies and more than 20 countries, including hospitality, technology, education, healthcare, real estate, financial services and private equity.
