Deyaar Development’s net profit after tax rose 17.8% to AED479 million in the first nine months of 2026, from AED406.4 million a year earlier, as the Dubai developer handed over more than 2,100 homes.
Revenue for the period climbed 5.2% to AED1.523 billion from AED1.447 billion, according to results the company published on the Dubai Financial Market on Thursday.
Profit before tax increased 27% to AED541.5 million from AED425.7 million. The pre-tax margin widened to 35.6% from 29.4%.

In the third quarter, net profit after tax rose 14.4% to AED180.5 million from AED157.8 million. Quarterly revenue gained 9.3% to AED570.3 million.
Earnings per share for the nine months reached 10.19 fils, compared with 9.33 fils a year earlier.
Deyaar said total units handed over since the start of 2026 exceeded 2,100 across several of its residential communities in Dubai.
The property development business drove the gains, with revenue up 8% and profit up 20%, while hospitality revenue fell 21% to AED60 million, according to an analysis by AGBI. Gulf hotels have been hit by the regional conflict that began in February.
“Deyaar’s performance in the first nine months of 2026 is built on delivery,” said Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, chief executive of Deyaar. “We enter the final quarter with clear visibility on our pipeline and the discipline to see it through.”
The company said it would focus on maintaining profitability, delivering handovers on schedule and advancing construction across its active projects for the rest of the year.
Dubai Islamic Bank owns 44.98% of Deyaar. The developer’s shares closed 0.3% lower at AED0.71 on Thursday and are down 31% so far this year, AGBI reported.
