Operating expenses excluding depreciation and amortization fell 3.8%. Higher depreciation and amortization charges lifted total operating expenses by 3.1%, which the company named as a main driver of the profit decline.

For the first nine months of 2026, net profit fell 34.6% to SR195.8 million from SR299.4 million. Earnings per share dropped to SR1.63 from SR2.50.

Technology and data services revenue rose 5.8% to SR200.6 million, helped by higher data center hosting and market information revenue. Post-trade services revenue fell 5.7% to SR459 million.
The Public Investment Fund owns 60% of Saudi Tadawul Group. The results come as Saudi shares trade near their lowest levels since 2021, with the main index closing 2.65% lower at 9,438.50 points on Sunday.
