Kuwait Telecommunications Company (stc) said net profit for the third quarter of 2026 rose 2.8% from a year earlier to KD8.74 million, according to a statement published on Boursa Kuwait on Monday.
The company earned KD8.50 million in the same quarter of 2025.
Third-quarter operating revenue rose 7.4% to KD87.09 million, Mubasher reported, citing the company’s financial statements.
For the first nine months of 2026, net profit rose 1.8% to KD26.28 million, compared with KD25.83 million a year earlier.
Nine-month operating revenue was little changed, up 0.1% at KD255.96 million.
stc attributed the higher profit to greater efficiency in operating expenses.
Total assets stood at KD474.75 million at the end of September, down 2.4% from a year earlier.
The company reported first-half 2026 net profit of KD17.54 million, up 1.3% from KD17.32 million in the first half of 2025.
