Aamal Company’s net profit attributable to shareholders fell 12.2% to QR287.2 million in the first nine months of 2026, from QR327.3 million a year earlier, according to results the Doha-based conglomerate filed with the Qatar Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Revenue fell 1.4% to QR1.54 billion from QR1.56 billion, while gross profit rose 1.1% to QR390.4 million from QR386.1 million, Mubasher reported, citing the filing.

Earnings per share declined to QR0.046 from QR0.052. The company’s gearing ratio rose to 9.86% from 4.26%.
Net capital expenditure reached QR32.2 million in the period, an increase of QR12.7 million from a year earlier.
Chief Executive Officer Rashid bin Ali Al Mansoori said the group kept revenue relatively stable and grew gross profit despite pressure on net profitability, including higher costs, supply chain challenges and price competition.
Aamal said results improved in some industrial production businesses, and revenue and profit grew at Aamal Cement Industries. Other units were hit by supply chain disruption, higher raw material costs and fewer export opportunities.
Occupancy across the company’s real estate portfolio exceeded 90%. Net profit at Aamal Real Estate fell because of costs related to the acquisition of Aamal Tower, the company said.
Vice Chairman and Managing Director Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal Al Thani said the diversity of the group’s businesses helped support revenue stability amid geopolitical challenges and supply chain disruption.
Aamal’s first-half 2026 profit fell 12.91% to QR192.72 million, from QR221.29 million in the same period of 2025.
