Qatar’s Ministry of Justice will soon launch TATHMEEN, an artificial intelligence program for valuing real estate that it developed with Google, the ministry said on Tuesday.
The program will provide indicative estimates of property values for owners, businesses and investors, the Qatar News Agency reported.

The ministry announced the program at the fourth Qatar Real Estate Forum, held alongside Cityscape at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center.
It did not give a launch date, saying only that the official rollout would come in the coming period.
The ministry said the program would make property data more accessible and support decisions with more accurate information.
Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, said during a visit to the ministry’s pavilion that it was looking to use AI to improve transparency and the efficiency of digital services for the property market.
The ministry registers property transactions and issues title deeds through its online SAK platform.
It also handles ownership rights for non-Qataris under Cabinet Decision No. 28 of 2020, which sets the areas where foreigners may own or use property, and issues property-linked residency permits with the Ministry of Interior.
The ministry is exhibiting in a government pavilion with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, known as Aqarat, and the Investment Promotion Agency Qatar.
