Omani media cooperation moved forward as the Sultanate of Oman and Brunei Darussalam signed a new Memorandum of Understanding. The agreement focuses on boosting collaboration across various media fields and improving professional exchanges.

Meanwhile, Yang Berhormat Pehin Dato Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof represented Brunei Darussalam.

After the signing ceremony, the Bruneian Minister toured Oman’s Digital Studios Complex. He received a detailed briefing about the news services and cutting-edge technologies supporting Oman’s media collaboration today.
During his visit, he observed the latest tools used in modern media production.

In his press statement, the Minister highlighted Oman’s achievements in upgrading its media infrastructure. He noted that Oman’s media partnership serves as a model for future collaborations in the region.
