Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has approved the listing of Estate Capital Investment Company’s shares on the Main Market of Boursa Kuwait.
The authority’s board of commissioners asked the exchange to apply the decision from its issue date of October 28, 2026, and to publish it on the trading ticker and the bourse website, Al Rai reported.

The CMA had postponed a decision on the application in September, pending verification of information on some of the company’s shareholders, according to the newspaper.
Estate Capital, formerly Dimah Capital Investment Company, has a paid-up capital of about KD37 million. The Kuwait-based firm invests in Shariah-compliant real estate in the United States, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. It reports assets under management of $1.06 billion.
Shareholders approved the name change and the plan to seek a listing at general assemblies held in January. Those meetings followed a change in ownership, with Al-Mustaqbal Holding Company taking 44.9% of the shares, according to a company statement at the time.
The company narrowed its net loss to about KD1.6 million in 2025 from KD2.45 million in 2024, chief executive Hadi Salameh told shareholders in May. Revenue rose to about KD2.1 million.
Chairman Abdulaziz Al-Ghamlas said in May that the company had begun a comprehensive restructuring and was reviewing assets for possible sale.
If the shares start trading before the end of the year, Estate Capital would be the second company to list on Boursa Kuwait in 2026, Al Rai reported. Trolley General Trading listed on the Premier Market on March 25.
