Saudi Chemical Holding Co.’s net profit fell 25.96% to SR64.59 million in the third quarter of 2026, from SR87.24 million a year earlier.
The company said in a filing to the Saudi Exchange on Sunday that the decline mainly reflected lower sales, higher raw material and shipping costs, and a larger provision for zakat and tax.

Third-quarter revenue fell 5.06% to SR1.7 billion from SR1.79 billion, on lower volumes sold.
Gross profit fell 14.43% to SR195.46 million. Operating profit dropped 23.88% to SR95.11 million from SR124.95 million.
Against the second quarter, net profit fell 19.83% and revenue fell 7.86% from SR1.84 billion.
For the first nine months, net profit slipped 2.56% to SR232.37 million from SR238.47 million. Revenue rose 1.33% to SR5.27 billion on higher volumes.
Nine-month operating profit fell 9.62% to SR317.99 million. Lower finance costs and gains on the revaluation of derivatives used to hedge interest rate risk partly offset higher costs, the company said.
Shareholders’ equity rose 10.65% to SR2.53 billion at the end of September. Earnings per share for the nine months were SR0.28, unchanged from a year earlier.
The shares were down 5.10% at SR5.77 at about 12:13 p.m. Riyadh time on Sunday, according to data from Mubasher.
