UAE-based advertising technology startup JustAd has secured $5 million from angel investor Imad Jomaa, funding it says will take its business beyond the Middle East and North Africa. The company announced the investment in Dubai on October 13, 2026, in a statement published by Zawya.
Wamda, which reported the deal on October 14, said the stage of the round and the company’s valuation were not disclosed.

What the company does
JustAd describes itself as an AI-powered marketing operating system. Its platform connects advertising accounts on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads in one workspace, where teams plan, run and measure campaigns. The software combines AI-driven campaign analysis with tracking and attribution, product catalog tools and unified reporting, according to the company. Its website also lists Google’s DV360 and X among the platforms it connects to.
The second part of the business is financing. Under a model JustAd calls Advertise Now, Pay Later, or ANPL, a business launches its campaigns and pays for the media spend in installments over up to 12 months. Clients run their campaigns on certified agency ad accounts across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads, with direct technical support, the company said.
JustAd says the model addresses a cash-flow gap for small and mid-sized advertisers. Ad platforms charge as budgets are spent, while revenue from those campaigns can arrive weeks or months later, and declined or blocked cards can pause campaigns. The company says ANPL makes it “the first fintech for advertisers.”
The founder
Ahmed Elsayed founded JustAd in 2025, according to Wamda, and serves as its chief executive. The company is headquartered in the UAE.
“Advertising is changing faster than most businesses can follow. AI is taking over how campaigns are built and measured, and budgets are spreading across more platforms every year,” Elsayed said in the statement published by Zawya.
“The next decade of advertising belongs to the companies that give advertisers intelligence and capital in the same place,” he said.
Funding and investors
The $5 million comes from a single backer. Jomaa is a Lebanese entrepreneur who founded JGroup in 2003. The holding company operates across advertising, digital media, technology, investment and real estate, and Jomaa is based between Beirut and Dubai, according to the group’s website.
“JustAd is solving two problems every advertiser has: knowing what works, and having the cash to scale it,” Jomaa said in the statement. He said Elsayed and his team had “proven it in demanding markets” and that he believes the model “works anywhere businesses advertise.”
Traction and market
JustAd has not published customer numbers, revenue or the value of ad spend it has financed through ANPL. The company says it built its base in the Middle East and North Africa, working with e-commerce brands, agencies and in-house marketing teams.
Its pitch is aimed at businesses that spend across several social and search platforms at once and need both reporting in one place and a way to spread the cost of media buying.
What’s next
JustAd said it will use the capital to build local sales and customer success teams in each new market, adapt its product locally, deepen its partnerships with the major ad platforms and bring ANPL to advertisers there. It has not named the markets.
The company plans to begin onboarding customers in its first new markets in early 2027.
