Apple UAE prices have increased across several products, raising expectations that the upcoming iPhone 18 Pro will also cost more. The latest adjustments affect MacBooks and other devices in the UAE. As a result, many customers now expect higher launch prices for Apple’s next flagship smartphone.
Apple updated prices for several products sold through its UAE store on June 26. The company increased prices across multiple devices. Consequently, some products now cost more than Dh1,000 above their original launch prices.
The 13-inch MacBook Air with the M5 chip now starts at Dh5,499. Earlier this year, Apple launched it at Dh4,599. Meanwhile, the 15-inch version now starts at Dh6,299 instead of Dh5,499.
The 14-inch MacBook Pro recorded the largest increase. Apple now sells the model from Dh8,499. Earlier this year, customers purchased it for around Dh7,199.
These increases have strengthened expectations that the iPhone 18 Pro series will also launch with higher prices. Industry analysts believe Apple faces rising production expenses. Therefore, future devices may carry larger price increases than previous generations.
The company identified higher memory and storage costs as key reasons behind its recent pricing decisions. Demand for advanced components continues to grow. At the same time, suppliers continue charging higher prices because supply remains limited.
Apple also continues expanding artificial intelligence features across its devices. Consequently, future smartphones may require more powerful hardware. In addition, larger memory capacities and upgraded processors could increase manufacturing costs.
Analysts now expect the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max to receive larger price increases than originally predicted. Earlier forecasts suggested only modest annual increases. However, the latest product pricing has changed those expectations.
Current forecasts suggest the iPhone 18 Pro could start between $1,249 and $1,299. Meanwhile, the iPhone 18 Pro Max could begin between $1,349 and $1,399 before local pricing adjustments.
If Apple applies similar increases in the UAE, the iPhone 18 Pro may start between Dh5,400 and Dh5,500. Likewise, the larger Pro Max model could begin between Dh5,800 and Dh5,900. As a result, these devices would become the most expensive mainstream iPhones available in the UAE.
Beyond pricing, the new models could introduce several hardware upgrades. Reports suggest Apple may include the A20 Pro processor and larger batteries. Additionally, the devices could feature brighter displays and improved camera technology.
Further reports also point to a variable-aperture camera system and Apple’s next-generation C2 modem. Moreover, the phones may deliver deeper artificial intelligence capabilities through the latest version of iOS.
Apple has not officially confirmed pricing, specifications, or launch details for the iPhone 18 lineup. Nevertheless, industry observers widely expect the company to introduce the devices during September.
Consumers planning to upgrade should prepare for higher costs. Recent MacBook and iPad price increases indicate that Apple will likely continue charging more for its premium products. Therefore, buyers should expect another premium release with a premium price tag.
Overall, Apple UAE prices continue attracting attention as customers monitor future product launches. Official pricing will become clear after Apple unveils the iPhone 18 series later this year. Until then, rising MacBook prices continue shaping expectations for the company’s next flagship smartphones.
