Operations in the UAE accounted for 72% of revenue, with international markets contributing 28%.

The company won project awards worth AED2.6 billion during the nine months. Its project backlog reached AED33 billion at the end of September.

NMDC Energy held cash of AED3 billion at the end of the period.

The company, which is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, provides engineering, procurement and construction services for offshore and onshore energy projects. It operates four fabrication yards, three in the UAE and one in Saudi Arabia, covering more than 2.1 million square meters, CNN Business Arabic reported.

Ahmed Salem Al Dhaheri, chief executive of NMDC Energy, said the company’s priority remained executing its backlog on schedule while deploying artificial intelligence across engineering, procurement, its fleet and fabrication yards.

Mohamed Hamad Almehairi, chairman of NMDC Energy, said the company had delivered revenue growth by maintaining strict operational discipline in a dynamic global operating environment.
