Baladna, Qatar’s largest dairy and beverage company, said net profit for the nine months ended September 30, 2026 rose 1% to QR383.7 million from a year earlier.
Revenue rose 4% to QR977.8 million, driven mainly by growth in retail sales, the company said in a statement carried by Gulf Times.

Gross profit rose 18% to QR281.0 million. Gross margin widened to 29% from 25% a year earlier, which the company attributed to cost management.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose 1% to QR559.9 million. Profit from core operations rose 10%.
The nine-month results included unrealized gains of QR234.4 million from changes in the fair value of equity investments.
Earnings per share fell to QR0.169 from QR0.172 a year earlier, according to the financial statements published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website, the Qatar News Agency reported. Third-quarter revenue rose 7% to QR318.3 million on higher dairy and juice sales. Net profit for the quarter was QR21.8 million and EBITDA was QR82.3 million.
The company said third-quarter results were hit by unrealized losses of about QR20 million on its investment portfolio amid volatility in global equity markets.
The board proposed bonus shares at a ratio of three shares for every 20 held, as an interim distribution for the period ended June 30, 2026 together with part of retained earnings at December 31, 2025. The distribution needs approval from the ordinary general assembly and the relevant authorities.
Baladna said it kept local production running without interruption despite regional geopolitical developments, supported by a strategic inventory covering about six months of production needs.
The company said it was preparing to receive the first batch of cattle for its project in Algeria and that construction of its dairy, juice and packaging project in Syria had progressed.
