Ohana Development sold 92% of the second phase of Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana, a waterfront project on Yas Canal in Abu Dhabi, in under 48 hours of the sales launch, the developer said on Tuesday.
All townhouses and duplexes in the phase sold out, the company said in a statement carried by the UAE state news agency WAM.

Phase 2 comprised 619 units, including two- and three-bedroom townhouses, duplexes, and four- and five-bedroom villas. The developer did not disclose the value of the sales.
Emirati nationals accounted for 53% of buyers. UAE residents and international buyers made up the remaining 47%, the company said.
Ohana offered a 30/70 payment plan to UAE nationals and a 35/65 plan to other nationalities.
The first phase of the project sold out within 72 hours earlier this year, according to the developer.
“While Phase 1 demonstrated the development’s immediate appeal, the continued demand reflects confidence in our vision to create a waterfront community that brings together sport, wellness and lifestyle,” Husein Salem, chief executive of Ohana Development, said.
The project covers 1.67 million square meters, with more than 55% of the master plan set aside for landscaped gardens and green spaces.
It will include a Manchester City training academy, fitness and wellness facilities and a marina sports club, along with a waterfront promenade with shops and restaurants.
Construction of Phase 1 has been under way since a groundbreaking in September, with phased delivery scheduled by 2029, the company said.
