Al Mahhar Holding’s net profit rose 21.7% to QR44.5 million in the first nine months of 2026, from QR36.6 million a year earlier, the Qatar-listed energy services company said on Wednesday.
Profit attributable to shareholders rose 19.1% to QR42.4 million, according to a company statement. Earnings per share were QR0.20, up from QR0.17.

Revenue fell 3.2% to QR693.4 million from QR716.3 million.
Gross profit was broadly stable at QR121.3 million. The gross margin widened to 17.5% from 17.2%, helped by a reversal of provisions for obsolete and slow-moving inventory and a shift toward the higher-margin rental division.
The net profit margin rose to 6.4% from 5.1%. The company cited lower finance costs and higher contributions from associates and joint ventures.
The energy segment accounted for 91.3% of revenue, up from 84.1% a year earlier, as the company cut its exposure to civil construction work. Its Petrotec subsidiary remained the largest contributor.
Cash and cash equivalents rose to QR143.5 million at September 30 from QR103.1 million at the end of 2025. Total assets rose to QR739.1 million from QR651.9 million.
Chairman Fahad Al Fardan said the results reflected the resilience of the company’s core operations.
