Abu Dhabi’s Department of Government Enablement (DGE) has established Abu Dhabi Digital Services Company TAMM Global to take the emirate’s TAMM government services platform to international markets, WAM reported on Friday.
The company was set up under the directives of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.

TAMM Global will license the platform’s architecture and implementation methods to governments. It will own the intellectual property tied to the platform and operate TAMM in Abu Dhabi.
As an independent private-sector company, it will be able to partner directly with governments and institutions abroad. It will also invest in sector opportunities in the UAE and overseas.
“Through the announcement of TAMM Global’s establishment, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven effective and efficient in Abu Dhabi available to governments,” said Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, chairman of DGE.
TAMM brings together more than 1,200 public and private sector services through a single digital gateway, according to DGE.
The platform’s customer satisfaction score stands at 94.5%, up from 78% in 2022, before artificial intelligence was added to the app, DGE said. It said TAMM has cut the cost of providing services by 30%.
DGE estimates the platform saves each user about nine visits to government service centers a year, or about 12 hours.
The company will also run training programs for Emirati talent. DGE did not disclose the company’s capital or any initial foreign clients.
Abu Dhabi has set a goal of becoming the world’s first AI-native government.
