The company attributed the growth in shareholders’ profit to higher wakala fee income and investment income, along with lower general and administrative expenses.

The total takaful margin fell to QR13.8 million from QR17.5 million, reflecting higher takaful costs, particularly claims in the motor, fire and general accident lines.

Total comprehensive income for shareholders was QR75.1 million, compared with QR87.6 million, after a QR16.5 million decline in the fair value of sukuk investments recognized in other comprehensive income.

Shareholders’ equity rose 6.5% to QR644.3 million at the end of September from QR605.2 million. Investments measured at fair value increased 6.1% to QR1.009 billion from QR951.7 million.

Beema reported in the first half of 2026 that shareholders’ net profit rose 16.2% to QR61.5 million, from QR53 million a year earlier.
