DIP Holding Sets Dubai IPO Price Range at AED1.10 to AED1.15, Seeking Up to AED2 Billion

DIP Holding, the owner of Dubai Investments Park, set the price range for its initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) at AED1.10 to AED1.15 a share, implying a market capitalization at listing of AED9.5 billion to AED10 billion ($2.6 billion to $2.7 billion).

The offering of 1,735,243,300 existing shares, equal to 20% of the company’s issued capital, would raise between AED1.9 billion and AED2 billion ($520 million to $543 million), the company said in a statement on October 27.

All of the shares are being sold by parent company Dubai Investments PJSC, which will receive the proceeds and retain an 80% stake if the offering size is unchanged. The seller can amend the size of the offering before subscription closes, subject to approval by the UAE Capital Market Authority.

Subscription opened on October 27 and closes on November 3. The final offer price is expected to be announced on November 4, and trading on the DFM is expected to begin on or around November 11.

The listing would be the first initial public offering in the UAE this year, Asharq Business reported.

DIP Holding expects to pay annualized cash dividends of AED700 million for 2026, AED725 million for 2027 and AED750 million for 2028, according to the statement. The company said the price range implies a dividend yield of about 7.27% at the top end and 7.60% at the bottom end, based on the expected 2027 payout.

The first dividend after listing, AED350 million for the second half of 2026, is expected to be paid in April 2027, Asharq Business reported.

The price range values the company below the AED11 billion to AED14 billion range that some banks had earlier suggested before any discount, according to the outlet.

Dubai Investments Park covers 23 million square meters of logistics, industrial, residential and commercial land. DIP Holding reported revenue of AED960 million in 2025 and AED492 million in the first half of 2026, Asharq Business reported.
