Cityscape Qatar’s organizers had reported more than QR500 million in deals at the 2025 edition.

The forum ran from October 27 to 29 under the theme “Stability is the foundation of investment.” It was organized by Aqarat and Informa Tharawat in partnership with Cityscape Qatar, which showcased more than 400 real estate projects from Qatar and international markets.

Aqarat said several exhibitors launched new real estate projects during the event.

Deals announced at the event included Tameer Group’s agreement with Qetaifan Projects to acquire additional land plots on Qetaifan Island North for developments worth more than QR1.4 billion, and Barwa Real Estate Group’s memorandum of understanding with Doha Bank on financing for buyers in selected projects.

Real estate transactions in Qatar rose 5.84% to about QR10.69 billion in the first half of 2026, according to Ministry of Justice data cited by Aqarat.
