Seef Properties has signed a strategic agreement to bring flexible workspaces to Bahrain’s Seef Mall—Seef District. The deal will introduce a Regus-branded business centre, operated by International Workplace Group. The agreement aims to serve companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs seeking modern office solutions. It also reflects a wider trend toward hybrid work and adaptable business environments.

The signing ceremony took place at Seef Properties’ headquarters inside Seef Mall—Seef District. Seef Properties CEO Ahmed Yusuf and IWG’s Regional Senior Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, Corey Thompson, signed the agreement. Both leaders attended with senior officials from each organization, highlighting the meeting’s importance for Bahrain’s workspace market.

Under the agreement, IWG will manage and operate the Regus Business Centre at Seef Mall. The centre will offer private offices, flexible workspaces, and a range of integrated services. These services will support daily operations and help tenants focus on growth. In addition, the centre will benefit from IWG’s global experience and large network of locations.

Seef Properties said the partnership fits its strategy to boost asset value and diversify its commercial centres. The company has focused on attracting international brands in innovative sectors. By adding a Regus centre, Seef Mall—Seef District will further blend business, retail, and services under one roof. As a result, the mall will strengthen its position as a comprehensive destination for work and leisure.

Seef Properties’ CEO Ahmed Yusuf said the deal marks a major addition to the mall. He added that it will support entrepreneurs and SMEs by offering flexible business solutions. Yusuf also said the partnership reflects the company’s commitment to modern business trends and market demand. He emphasized the goal of delivering sustainable value to tenants and boosting competitiveness.

Meanwhile, IWG’s Corey Thompson said the company is pleased to expand in Bahrain through this partnership. Thompson explained that the new centre aligns with IWG’s global strategy to provide world-class flexible work solutions. He also highlighted the importance of hybrid work models and the need for adaptable office environments.

Thompson added that the centre will offer professional work settings and integrated services that improve productivity. Moreover, the partnership will give clients more options to work in Bahrain’s growing business landscape.

Seef Properties continues to strengthen its role in Bahrain’s real estate sector through retail, entertainment, and hospitality projects. The company said these efforts support the national economy and position Bahrain as a strong investment destination. Overall, the new Regus centre will add a modern workspace option that matches current business needs. Flexible workspaces will play a key role in shaping the future of Bahrain’s commercial real estate market.
