Seef Properties has signed a strategic agreement to bring flexible workspaces to Bahrain’s Seef Mall—Seef District. The deal will introduce a Regus-branded business centre, operated by International Workplace Group. The signing ceremony took place at Seef Properties’ headquarters inside Seef Mall—Seef District. Seef Properties CEO Ahmed Yusuf and IWG’s Regional Senior Vice President for the Middle East and Africa, Corey Thompson, signed the agreement. Both leaders attended with senior officials from each organization, highlighting the meeting’s importance for Bahrain’s workspace market.
Under the agreement, IWG will manage and operate the Regus Business Centre at Seef Mall. The centre will offer private offices, flexible workspaces, and a range of integrated services.
