Parkin, the Dubai Financial Market-listed operator of the emirate’s public parking, has signed an agreement with Aber Vehicle Registration Services to offer vehicle testing at selected Parkin-managed parking sites.
Under the deal, Aber will provide its mobile vehicle inspection service, approved by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority, at Parkin locations. The first phase has opened in Business Bay and DAMAC Hills 1, Emirates 24|7 reported on Monday.

The companies plan to add more residential communities, commercial districts and high-demand urban areas over time.
Customers will be able to book tests through Parkin’s website and mobile app.
Parkin said the partnership supports its strategy of turning parking facilities into integrated mobility hubs. Aber said the service would save motorists time and make it easier to complete the tests required for vehicle registration renewals.
Parkin’s chief operating officer, Osama Hashem Al Safi, and director of operations, Abdulrahman Al-Shuwaihi, attended the signing. Aber was represented by board member Nasser Al Ali and director of development Mustafa Omar.
