AlRayan Bank’s net profit fell 26% to QR977.64 million in the first nine months of 2026, from QR1.32 billion in the same period last year.
Earnings per share fell to QR0.105 for the period ended September 30 from QR0.142 a year earlier, according to financial statements the bank published on the Qatar Stock Exchange website on Wednesday, the Qatar News Agency reported.

The agency report did not give a reason for the decline at the Doha-based Islamic lender, formerly known as Masraf Al Rayan.
The results come during a leadership transition at the bank.
AlRayan Bank said on September 30 that it had appointed Usman Ahmed, a former group chief executive of National Bank of Bahrain and former head of Citi Islamic Banking, as group chief executive, with Qatar Central Bank approval.
Fahad Al Khalifa ended his tenure as group chief executive and became an adviser to the chairman. Omar Al Emadi, the group chief operations and administration officer, was named acting group chief executive from October 1 until Ahmed formally takes office.
