Astra Industrial Group said on Sunday its third-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders fell 19.5% to SR134.7 million, from SR167.4 million a year earlier.
The Riyadh-based industrial group, which owns Tabuk Pharmaceuticals, disclosed the preliminary results on the Saudi Exchange, according to Maaal.

Quarterly revenue fell 19.7% to SR586.1 million from SR730.1 million, CNBC Arabia reported.
Operating profit for the quarter dropped about 21% to roughly SR144 million, from SR182 million a year earlier.
The company said lower gross profit in its pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals businesses drove the decline in quarterly profit.
Compared with the second quarter, net profit fell 29.8% from about SR192.1 million, and revenue dropped 24.5% from SR775.9 million.
The company attributed the quarter-on-quarter drop to lower sales across all its segments and lower other income, linked to the accounting treatment of income from its Tier 1 sukuk.
For the first nine months of 2026, net profit slipped 2.7% to SR499.9 million from SR514.2 million.
Nine-month revenue declined 5.5% to about SR2.15 billion from SR2.28 billion, while gross profit rose 1.1% to about SR1.06 billion.
Earnings per share for the nine months were SR6.25, compared with SR6.43 a year earlier.
Astra Industrial Group operates in pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals and steel, and has been listed on the Saudi Exchange since 2008.
